Can you Help?
Ever since the Jubilee Hall was built for the '...amusement, pleasure, instruction and advantage' of the Community of Bratton in 1887, successive generations of villagers have taken responsibility for keeping it in good repair.
We continue this work by fundraising to pay for the upkeep of the hall and invest in improvements to provide a well maintained venue at the heart of our community .
You can help by:
-
Attending our Fundraising Events - [link to poster for next event somehow?]
-
Hiring the Hall for a party or other event of your own.
-
Making a Donation to help us fund a particular project
-
Leaving a Bequest in your Will.
Contact us on jubileehall87@yahoo.com to discuss how you can help.

Solar Panels - WE HAVE REACHED OUR TOTAL!

With the rising cost of energy, we have decided to install Solar Panels to help reduce our running costs. The installation of 24 panels will cost £15,500.
We have been working hard over the last year to secure the funds needed from a range of sources, including grants. We have also played host to some brilliant fundraising events, including our Back2School Bing Disco; Musical Spectacular with the Steeple Rocks Choir and other local musicians; Murder Mystery Event with the Jubilee Players; and regular monthly Coffee & Chat and Big Bratton Breakfast events. Thank you to everyone who has supported these events.

We can announce that we have been successful in our grant applications and have now reached our target, so work to install the panels can now be scheduled in, we expect to start benefitting this winter. Our project was made possible thanks to #NationalLottery players, along with Westbury Area Board, Westbury Lions Club, Jubilee Players, and Hills Waste Management.

Victorian Window Repair
With thanks to two very generous individual donations we now have the funds to repair our three Victorian windows and their sills. This work is weather dependant, but we hope that it should be complete by the end of October 2024.
